It is impregnated with an aluminium oxide mineral attached with resin.

Used for cleaning and preparation work including scuffing before applying paint or primer.

Ready to use Scotch-Brite discs in a choice of 2 grades, using super sharp 3M abrasives for more aggressive cut without increased coarseness.
